We know that you’re busy. Whether you’re burning the midnight oil at the office, making time for your significant other, or you’re currently playing just one more hand of solitaire before you actually get something done, we get it. Because there’s too little time in your day, we’ve decided to go ahead and do all of the really hard work for you when it comes to planning your Colombian beach vacation.
We’ve painstakingly combed the beaches of Cartagena and found what we think are three of the most perfect houses in the area, arguably the world. Because we wouldn’t dare leave you without options, we’ve made sure that these new properties run the gamut as far as locations go. Whether you want to stay on a quiet beach, or immerse yourself in the Old City, we have you covered.
Your first choice, Cabana Rico, can be found on Isla del Rosario, which was ranked by Travel and Leisure as one of the best secret islands on Earth, so if you do head here, please don’t tell anyone. Take a minute and imagine yourself vacationing in a house that has this kind of view:

Your second option, Casa Paz, gets a lot of it’s charm from the handy work of its owner, who happens to be a famous Colombian interior designer. That means that you can relax in style, and occasionally enjoy a dip in this incredible pool:

Last, but certaintly not least, is Castillo del Mar. This home can accommodate up to 10 guests, so when people start to invite themselves to your beach getaway, you’ll have a place for them to sleep. This hammock is the perfect place to take in the tranquil ocean view and try to remind yourself what’s keeping you from dropping everything and moving to Northern Colombia:
