This beautiful villa is located on a quiet gated street in the center of Copacabana, just three blocks from the beach. The neighborhood is perfect for families, business groups, and groups of friends seeking tranquility amidst the bustle of Rio.
The villa has three floors with an outdoor pool and entertaining area on the top floor, with views of the city and the mountain/jungle to the rear. The 4 main bedrooms are ensuite, with jacuzzis and sitting areas. Up to 12 people can be accommodated as there is a murphy bed in the library and several extra sleeping places for children. The large kitchen is modern and bright, with an island useful for dinner parties and entertaining. A standout feature is the library, with hundreds of books, a fireplace and a flat screen television.
The house comes with a housekeeper, maid, and house manager (who speaks English and lives in the service quarters). Extra staffing may be necessary for larger groups and can be arranged.
