Applicable Fees
In addition to the rent, there is a USD 40 Administration Fee, due in cash upon check-in.
Change of Dates
Changes in reservation dates are subject to availability. Any changes made within 30 days of your originally scheduled arrival date will be subject to additional charges.
Special Requirements
Please inform us during the reservation process if you have any special requirements and we will do everything in our power to accommodate them. If we have not been informed of a special need that may make a certain property inadequate prior to the confirmation of a reservation, Oasis cannot be held liable and no refunds can be made.

Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:30am to 8:30pm. If assistance is needed outside of these hours, please email us at info@oasiscollections.com and someone will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Reservations & Payment Procedures
Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your reservation we ask for a non-refundable payment of 20% of the total rent, which can be made via Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. Full terms and conditions will be sent to you before you confirm. By confirming your reservation by way of the initial payment, you are accepting the terms and conditions of Oasis.
Rent Balance
The balance of the rent may be paid in cash upon check-in, or in many cases via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer, although additional fees may be incurred if paying in any form other than cash.
Refundable Security Deposits
All properties require a refundable security deposit to be paid via credit card. The amount of the security deposit will be held, but not charged assuming there are no damages to the property or its contents. For some properties, owners require security deposits to be paid in cash at check-in rather than via credit card authorization. The amount of the security deposit varies by property, and will be arranged before you confirm your reservation. In the event of damages to a property or its contents, the owner of that property will be entitled to charge all or part of the security deposit amount as necessary to cover those damages. If the value of damages exceeds the amount of the security deposit held, the guest will will be liable for reimbursing the owner for the full cost of any repairs or replacements.
Cancellation Policy
The 20% advanced payment made to Oasis is not refundable under any circumstance, including cancellation or date change. In the case of a cancellation made within 72 hours of your arrival, the guest is liable for the full rent balance, which must be paid to Oasis prior to or on the originally scheduled arrival date.
