We pride ourselves on our personalized guest service, from our friendly, native English-speaking reservations team to our locally-based guest service staff who will meet you at your property for check-in and remain at your service 7 days a week during your stay.

Oasis also includes complimentary concierge support, giving you the virtual keys to all that Rio has to offer. From traditional services such as airport transfers and restaurant bookings to more specialized requests such as samba classes, adventure activities or inventive city tours, our locally-based concierges will handle any request that you may have.
