Our site’s landing page, www.oasiscollections.com, is the gateway to our various destinations – Buenos Aires (which includes all listings in Argentina), Colombia, Florianópolis (in Southern Brasil), Punta del Este (in Uruguay), Rio de Janeiro (in Brazil) and São Paulo (also in Brasil). The Oasis Collections page also offers original content focused on travel, lifestyle, fashion and art in South America and an events calendar for our destinations.
Within each the page for each destination you’ll find the rental properties that we offer as well as a guide to that city, deals on featured properties, and an explanation of the services that we offer.

Once you’ve selected a property, fill out the Reservation Request form on that property’s page. Keep in mind that filling out this form does not commit you to anything. Shortly after submitting the form, a member of our Reservations Team will get back to you to confirm availability and pricing for the property of interest, as well as answer any questions that you may have.
If you prefer not to fill out a Reservation Request form, feel free to just drop us an email at reservations@oasiscollections.com or give us a call at any of the phone numbers listed at the bottom of every page.
Once you are ready to book a property, you will be asked to make a non-refundable initial payment of 20-50% of the total cost of your stay (we accept credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). The remaining balance will be due before or upon check-in, and the forms of payment accepted vary from property to property.
Once you’ve made your booking, you’ll be put in touch with a member of our on-the-ground Guest Services Team, who will serve as your primary contact leading up to and during your stay. She will organize check-in, handle any transportation needs and answer any questions that you might have. Our Guest Service team is available 7 days a week, and the level of service that we offer is just one of the factors which distinguish us from other companies.
In addition to our great Guest Services team, in some markets we also gift our Guests access to Quintessentially, the world’s top concierge service. This is an exclusive perk that no other vacation rental company can offer, so take advantage of it.
In Buenos Aires, we layer in yet another one-of-a kind perk: access to our private members club – The Clubhouse. Located in the heart of Palermo, it features a garden with infinity pool and outdoor bar, a comfortable lounge, billiards room, and three guest rooms. In addition to being a great place to relax by the pool or have a drink, The Clubhouse offers a steady program of social and cultural events (wine tastings, live music, art exhibits, private parties).
