  • We are an American-run, South America-based company dedicated to pairing travelers with distinctive properties throughout Argentina, Brazil, Colombia & Uruguay.
  • Our Guests come from all over the world (the majority from the US and Europe) for stays of 2 days to a year.
  • Oasis properties cover the spectrum from studios to sprawling villas and everything in between. The two common threads are standout design and prime location.
  • Unlike online booking portals, such as Homeaway or AirBnB, we are a full-service agency – we handle every step of the marketing, reservations, billing and guest service process so that you, the owner, don’t have to.
  • Just send us pictures and property details and we’ll be in touch to schedule a visit. If all systems are go, we sign a simple agreement, upload your property, and start renting.
  • We field all reservations requests, handle billing, greet guests upon arrival, and serve as the guest’s point of contact throughout his stay. We do not however handle property maintenance.
  • Commission ranges from 15-20% depending on the length of each rental. There are no upfront listing charges nor any other fees.
  • For properties exclusive to Oasis, we also offer free professional photos, listings on A Small World and Flipkey, discounts on Oasis rentals, and access to our Clubhouse in Buenos Aires.
