Casa Costa Rica

Ever wondered what it would be like to be staying in “Costa Rica” while visiting Argentina?

The French style house Casa Costa Rica,” which was built in 1930, features the typical French-influenced design famous in this particular era in Buenos Aires. This Oasis house comes with an incredible rooftop terrace, 200 squared meters of covered living space and last but not least is equipped with the perfect location in the heart of Buenos Aires’ hip and young barrio “Palermo Soho.”

Oasis founder, Parker Stanberry, who renovated the property in 2008 made sure that the ceilings were raised to their original height and additionally restored the original bricks, turning 4 rooms into an open plan living and dining area that includes a home theater.

Original French doors as well as hardwood floors throughout the property, along with turning the roof into a 100 square meter terrace of fun makes this 7-month long project worth while.
