Buenos Aires Fashion Week and The Looks of Spring
One of the things I love the most about Buenos Aires is spring fashion. It gives designers who use drab colors for other seasons an excuse to break out the bold prints and colors. This spring was no exception. With Rhapsodia leading the pack, naturally, fashion power houses such as Maria Cher, Mariana Dappiano, Kosiuko, Love Miuka and Wanama all used bold and exquisite prints and colors, including tie-dye, flowers and bright neon colors bringing back the feel of the 80’s. While I personally have always loved Rhapsodia simply for the ability to find unique pieces and patterns in a Buenos Aires filled with blacks and grays, this spring allow yourself to wander into other stores while sauntering through the sun drenched streets of Palermo Soho…. you might be pleasantly surprised by what you find.
