The Buenos Aires Fashion Week has come and gone, but that doesn’t mean the city has lost its taste for the trendy. The capital of Argentina has long been considered a center of creative culture, with plenty of inspired musicians, designers, and artists staying abreast of the latest and greatest. For the foodies out there, we are happy to say that gastronomy and dining in BA are also areas in which fashion is often foremost. The latest craze to appear on Argentina’s most in vogue dinner tables, according to the experts at PlanetaJoy, is bondiola.

Bondiola is a cut of pork that is known for being tender, juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth tasty. Because of its excellent price/quality ratio and the fact that it can be cooked successfully and easily in a variety of ways, bondiola has made a name for itself as the new king of Argentine fast food. Along with the ubiquitous choripan, bondiola sandwiches are delicious, filling, and now even fashionable!
